great location for Anfield and good communication from the host, with all necessary information for check-in provided. The small details like tea and coffee, towels in each room, and a parking permit added to the overall experience. Definitely recommend to friends and family.
Tiny double bedroom made moving around difficult.

The location was really convenient, with attractions and amenities within easy reach. We were able to visit all the nearby attractions without any trouble. Additionally, the neighborhood was nice and safe, with friendly locals and nearby convenience stores. This made it easy for us to stock up on snacks and supplies during our stay. Finally, the house itself was clean and tidy, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment.
The double bed took up the entire room, leaving no space for clothing or a wardrobe. This was highly inconvenient as we had to keep our clothes in other areas of the house, making it difficult to stay organized.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at 39 Cowley Road. The communication from the owners was outstanding, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The location was perfect, with easy access to local transport and friendly neighbors. We especially loved the selection of board games provided, keeping us entertained during our downtime. Despite a small hiccup with the street lights and a cramped third bedroom, the house was clean, homely, and well-maintained. I highly recommend this villa for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Liverpool.

We stayed at 39 Cowley Road Villa for 3 nights to watch the Liverpool game, and it couldn't have been a more perfect location. Anfield and Goodison Park were both nearby, and the city center was just a short taxi ride away. The house itself was fantastic, with comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room with a smart TV. We appreciated the little details like tea and coffee already provided, as well as towels in each room. The host was also great with communication, providing us with all the necessary information for check-in and even a parking permit for the street. We had a wonderful visit and will definitely return.

We got great value for our money at 39 Cowley Road Villa. The room was clean, tidy, and felt like a real home away from home. The location was perfect, with Anfield just a short walk away and the city centre a quick drive or taxi ride. The staff were friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The breakfast selection could be improved by offering a wider variety of options.

Great location for football fans, with both Anfield and Goodison Park nearby. the house itself was fantastic, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. the living room was cozy, with a smart TV and comfortable furniture. Tea and coffee were provided upon arrival, which was a nice touch.
There were a few minor issues. the radiators in the bedrooms didn't work, so guests were cold at night.
